These are among the east-expensive rooms in the valley, but the rooms are very new and comfortable: Uncle Nic's is only 14 miles from Glennallen. It is adjacent the Klutina River--a major king-salmon fishing river; no worries about how to get "home" after a night at the bar (the Copper Rail Depot, of course).
This is a no-frills inn: Out here, satellite TV is not a frill, so I have included access to Fox News, the Anchorage TV stations, SyFy (formerly "SciFi"), A & E, the History Channel, TNT, True TV, TLC, Discovery, the Cartoon Network, Spike TV, Fuse, TBS, FX, the Game Channel, and HG TV, among others, in ALL the rooms.
We have no expensive decor here, but you will be staying in old-time Alaska, and it WILL be comfortable, clean and quiet ! The property includes several hundred feet of Klutina River frontage that includes prime fishing ground--an excellent place to start your walking-tour of the old Alaska that is Copper Center. You may also walk down the Klutina River dike toward the Copper River where several traditional fish wheels can be seen close-up ! Next door is the Copper Rail Depot Saloon which features one of the most-unique model railways that is also the farthest north in the world ! The CRD also features some truly-wonderful historic large-framed photos and panoramas of the old days around the Copper Valley area. This is a one-of-a-kind collection. Nowhere else will you find anything even comparable that is on display to the public.
Three convenient places to eat include the Copper River Princess Wilderness Lodge, the Fishing Widow (lunch & espresso) and Nummy's in the nearby Copper Center Roadhouse.

Check-out time is NOON. All rooms non-smoking. Pets OK but you MUST notify owner for suitable accommodations.
